I moved from Zone 3 to Zone 9B with several potted clivias. When in Zone 3, the clivias bloomed each year, but never bloom in Zone 9B. They reside in the shaded portion of my lanai (screenhouse) and are nice and green.

What am I doing wrong?

I don't know what's up with clivias this year. I'm also in zone 9 (Ca) and my clivias are in the ground. They are usually blooming by this time of year. I was checking on them yesterday and I have one bud on one plant just beginning to come up.

Getting old is the pits. But it sure beats the alternative. My Blog
