My bromeliad flower started turning green. Is it from the temp/light or the watering? I water once a week, and try to give it some non-direct light.

How long has the plant been in bloom? Some flowers turn green as they age. Bromeliad flowers can last up to several months before they begin to fade, then die. The plant won't produce another flower again but will grow offsets which will eventually bloom, starting the cycle all over again.

Is your bromeliad indoors or outdoors?
