O.K. make the same crumb crust or buy one premade.

This time you will take the softened 250g block of cream cheese and mix well, add the 3/4 cup of sugar mix well again and 3/4 cup of pudding of your choice then add 3/4 cup of whipped cream. Whip well.

Don't put any fruit, just add the whipped topping over the pudding base.

That way you can now have vanilla, lemon, butterscotch, chocolate etc... cheesecake.

You can also buy chocolate graham crumbs now, just omit the 2 tbsp of sugar when making the crust.

This one and the other one sounds so good and easy!! Thanks. I'll make one of these the next time I have to make something for a church group.
