Can't remember if I've shared this one before or not. If it's a repeat, sorry!

Cinnamon Applesauce Coffee Cake

1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups applesauce

1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Grease a bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put first 3 ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend well. Then beat at high speed of electric mixer for 3 minutes. Mix together sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of sugar/cinnamon mixture in bottom of greased bundt pan. Pour in about half of the batter. Sprinkle rest of sugar/cinnamon mixture evenly over batter. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of mixture. Pour rest of batter evenly into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan 7-8 minutes before removing from pan.

This makes a very light, moist cake that is fairly low in fat but soooo easy and very yummy!
