I started some Cosmos from seeds. They sprang up with their beautiful airy foliage. I gave some away, and kept two for myself. One I planted in the ground, and the other I planted in a large urn. The two that I gave away, the people planted them in the ground. The one I planted in the ground has beautiful flowers. All the others, have no buds. What did I do wrong when I planted the seeds? Is there a chance that they will still bud? [nutz]
