What do you do with them? do you have to wait till spring to plant them? I have never noticed them before [dunno] Probably because I remove the blooms most of the time..

Reglar lilies or tiger lilies? Tiger lilies, you can just plant the small black bulb that's found where the leaf meets the stem. Regular lilies, I have no clue, but I guess like most perennial seeds, just sow them in the ground the let nature do her thing. You should see sprouts in spring. Just remember to remember where they are, I believe lilies need a few years to et a big enough bulb to bloom
