I have a 4 year old mulberry bush appx. 7' tall. It has not bloomed or shown any sign of producing fruit. Any ideas?

Might not be old enough, the youngest mulberry on my property that is producing is over 4years, maybe closer to 8 years. Heightwise, the smallest trees are 10' ft and taller that produce.
Mine are black mulberry, do you have white by chance, may have slightly different characterisitics.
