I'm not very good with the babies but the yellow and dark wings and his relatively large size it could be an oriole.

I'm not sure either, Betty. My guess would be American Goldfinch. Baby and/or immature birds are very difficult to identify unless seen with the parents or often in the nest. It could be an Oriole as the females and young of many types of Orioles are yellow with black wings. So is the case with females and young Scarlet Tanagers although the bill on your baby is NOT a Tanager bill.
