What is the best way to prepare kohl rabbi? This is the first year I have raised them and have no idea what to do now that it appears they are ready to pick/pull...
thanks for your help.

The last time i did kohlrabi was about 10 years ago!
peel it thickly because it can be tough on the outside, then dice and boil till tender.
can be used to flavour soups n stew.
never did it, but it can be grated and used in salads too.
hope this helps! it was a long time ago [dunno]

Kohlrabi is also good raw, cut into sticks and served with dip.
