Tamara, you contact the Fair and ask for a form.
Usually the Fairgrounds administrations office will be in the phone book.
The board will review your exhibit idea and decide if you will be included or not.
If you're not chosen, you can always try next year. And don't take it personally if you're declined-they get hundreds of applications.
