Went out to weed some more during naptime and found some of the cauliflower are bearing already.

One plant, only 6" tall has a golfball size head on it but it's turning purple, what could that be?.

the plant must have been stressed!
they shouldnt crop till there much bigger, normaly about 2ft tall.
some do turn purple or pink when the light gets to them, when you see them snap or bend a leaf over it to shade, that should keep them white!
