That's a Spotted Cucumber Beetle..
I had those for the very first time this year.![[Mad]](im/mad.gif)
They seemed to like my candy tuft very much![[Razz]](im/tongue.gif)
..
and my sunflowers...![[Frown]](im/frown.gif)
Didn't see them on any tomatoes though!
