My pansies do not seem to be filling out. It has been fairly warm here, as apposed to the NE!!! It has been in the mid 50s but can get down to below freezing some at night. Is it ok to fertalize them, or do I nip off the flowers? What can I do to them to make the grow some more?

I believe pansies are pretty heavy feeders.
