Have you all seen the cute way to do deviled eggs for Easter? I made them several years ago but had forgotten them til today and so I had to make them...CUTE!!! Kind of hard to describe and take a little more time but is worth it. Hold the boiled egg with the pointy end up...a little more than halfway up cut a jagged line all the way around the egg. Take a little slice off of the bottom to make it sit on the plate, fill with the deviled egg filling and put the top back on. Cut a little "beak out of a carrot and add eyes...it will look like a chick inside a broken egg. You can cut the eyes out of black olives..or use some little blue non-perils. Put a little Easter grass on the plate for decoration.
