I was wonder where all these darn fruit flies where coming from. I went to water my spider plant and HOLY MOLY all these little buggers flew out from my plant. Not saying they are fruit flies but they look like them. Can anyone help me. I want to know how i can get rid of these little guys. I heard of a soap and water mix but didnt want to try it with out asking. I am going to change the soil today. if anyone can give me any ideas how to save my Spider.....
Thanks.

Welcome to The Garden Helper Kevinsgirl [wayey]

My guess they are fungus gnats....go up to the top and look for either the google Garden Helper.com search or a forum search and type in fungus gnats.
What do you think???? [dunno]
