I keep seeing and hearing about all these cuttings and this cool plant. Do any of you grow them in zone 5? If so, how do you overwinter them? Does anyone have any good links? AngelBlossom was giving away starts with SASE and I don't even know if I should ask for one, as it is FREEZING here already in OH! So what's the deal with these cool plants? How big do they get? Are they easy to overwinter?

Rainie It wasn't me giving away starts Sorry But it was me haveing recieved starts and just getting started in Brugs my self,, I put the starts in jars of water untill white nodes develope and then pot up and leave inside untill spring I'm sure they grow there ZONE 5,, By the time they root and you pot up and leaves develope it will be spring again there,, I imagine putting in a container pot so you can bring back in in the winter.. ServantsHeart2003 was giving away cutting with sase
IF you PM afgreyparrot She can give you further Info on how to get some starts from Servantheart2003 OK?? [grin]

I also will have some pinks.likely in the next 2 weeks I'll be cutting them back.No freeze warning here yet,but angel has a freeze warning.

You would grow them in pots.you would never cut below your 'Y'.you can store dormant 50-65.or if have the room keep them growing.some have GH to grow them in.I'm a much warmer zone and I just cut mine back& they resprout through every warm spell.I have photos of mine in yahoo link.
