hi, I hope I'm posting in the right place -- I wanna know as to which variety of Ice Berg lettuce do u plant and what produces a tight big head ?? Also upto what temp can Ice berg tolerate heat without bolting ... Pls advise ..

I prefer a Mesclun blend it is composed of Arugula, Endive, Red Kale, Red and Green Romaine, Salad Bowl and Lolla Rossa lettuce.

And it looks preatty in the Garden as well.
