I have two French Lavender bushes. This is late March and they have grown to about two feet. When do I cut them back. Should I be doing this now? or do you do it after the bloom in the fall? I am in British Columbia.

I'm hoping Lavender is an herb catagory.

Hi Storm!!!!
I thought with that Lavender you could prune it
in summer and fall.
I thought you could prune in spring but that way you loose some flowers..
and you're not suppose to *I thought* cut into the old wood!!!

I'll be some of the other gardeners will come
thru with some more advice for you!!!

I love the smell of that plant!!! [thumb] [thumb] [thumb] [Cool]
