While I still had the camera borrowed, I figured I would take a few pictures. I have a lot of things that will be blooming soon. Here are the ones that are blooming now. [flower]

Thank you everyone. [grin]

Last year was the first year I planted Columbines, so these are the first flowers. I am falling so madly in love with them myself. They have just jumped towards the top of my list. Every day that I leave and come home from work, I drive slow past that garden so I can admire them.

I've never really done cuttings or collected seed before. I'd love to share. Of course the one caveat is our house is on the market. And I think the eventual buyers might mind if I dig everything up to take with me. [scaredy] The house is not going to sell quick, so what I can collect will depend on just how long it takes. And since we will be building again, I'll have another garden to start from scratch, which for the novice gardener me, is exciting and scary at the same time. ~L~

Those flowers *columbine's* are very shortly
ready for the petals to fall off,
.....here *some are* and the seeds here would be dried
up around the end of June or so...
Keep an eye out for yours if you don't move by then..
Make sure the pod is good and brown and dried...
