Frost on my peony

uh oh we had a pretty good frost last night.
I covered my veggies but not my beautiful peony. It was showing color but still at the bud stage. Will I lose those beautiful blossoms this year?

It's hard to say...peonies are pretty tough and can take some frost and still bloom, so you may be alright. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
