I need house plant help!

I've recently inherited some house plants. Nice ones! One is a palm tree looking plant. It has red(brick red?) trim on each palm. And I am not really sure how to care for it. But it is very evident that it needs repotting, soon! Currently it is about 12-16 inches tall. The other is an aloe vera. Which also needs repotting. Some are vines. Can anyone help, please?

I'm about an hour South of you, and about 90 miles from the Pa. border!!! So, howdy neighbor,
and don't forget to take a peak at all the neat sections we have here, lot's to do to keep you
busy in the winter months, that'll sure beat shovelin' snow any day!!!
