That tree is blooming now... (at least here in the Pacific Northwest) It is about 15 - 20 feet tall.

I guess I asked before reading...Bill said the tree is blooming now...conifers are non flowering trees, which means the mystery tree's leaves are broader (broad-leaved trees) than conifers.
