I found the right name for it. Weird that they would call a plant with pink edges a "white sprite" but there it is.

I love this plant especially it's finick habit of picking up it's roots and raising up like an irrate catipillar and lengthening it's leaves when it isn't getting enough sun.

And it performs this whole act within just a few days as I found out when I was building a window shelf and moved it to a shady location for a brief period.
