I have a bird's nest fern that was doing fine in its pot. Then, it was knocked over and the roots were loosened. Now the leaves are pale and droppy, it's still loose in the pot.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Barb

If it were mine [Smile] I'd take it out of the pot and re-pot it back in to the same depth it was before it was knocked over, then water it good so the roots don't have any dry pockets around them.
It's probably suffering from a little bit of shock as well from the tumble. And if it's still loose, the roots should be more steadied which will help them to absorb water more properly and keep it from falling out.
