Calandiva Leaves - Help :(

I bought this lovely Calandiva a few months ago and its doing very well except for a few spots on 2 of its leaves are browning & just look like they are withering up. One has a little tear on it. Is it getting too much sun, or what? I turn it everyday to try & get it equal amounts of sun. Also, its leaves were ful & for the most part straight when I got it. Now the leaves are curling up inward. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks so much.
PS. This plant is in my office, sitting facing NE in the window sill.

Mine is doing the same thing and I'm in an east facing window. I have no idea why it is doing that. Hope you get an answer to your post.
