Hello from south Florida. I'm a 59 yr old veterinarian workiing and living in the Pompano Beach area. I like lawn work and got pretty good at NE lawn and garden care. South FL is a whole different ballgame. Kind of like hydroponics with the sand for soil (although my dog is doing a good job contributiing organic materail :-)
I'm trying to learn the care and feeding for the different tropicals: Philodendron's, Bird of Paradise, Live Oaks, Sand Cordgrass, and a few others. Lot's to learn.
