Hopefully my stomach will loosen the knots it has had in it for some time now.....
And my hair is greying lately.....
But heck....I'll look on the positive side....It won't be grey for long....It is gonna fall the rest of the way out soon.....{wink}

I am sitting here feeling the fatigue of the past weeks and months creeping in......I bet I could sleep all weekend!!!!

I can't even describe the weight that has been removed off my shoulders. I slept like a rock last night....all 13 hours!!!!
Man....am I sore!
I am gonna go do a cardio workout to loosen up and wake up.

WOW 13 hours !!! you did get some sleep didn't ya!?! I'm glad you were able to sleep solid Rich that was a sleep waiting to be had!! How ya feeling now after the cardio work out ?
