An MP3 Player!

Whoa! And it works great - Jeff has set it all up for me (I don't have the patience to dicker with the technicalities of things).

Books on audio, meditation stuff, Cowboy Junkies tunes and to boot . . .

Environment Canada has promised a mighty fine week - temps 'tween 4 and 7 all week!

Yowzzzzzzzerrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I'll be out there puttering around with my garden plots, walking around with my earphones, tuning the rest of the world out.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh! Thanks, Elvis - your birthday has been grand.

May I ask a question? Why are you getting gifts for Elvis' birthday? Should we all be getting gifts? Did I "shnooze"?

I dunno' - maybe Elvis planned it that way. Nice of 'im, I think.

You want gifts? Manifest 'em. Just think of something you'd like - then put it out of your mind immediately - detach - it'll turn up soon.

(Start with small stuff first)

That's a great gift Carly!!!!

I'd LOVE an MP3 player, but I don't want to get a cheap one(which is all I could probably afford right now)...I guess I should start saving up some money....(hard thing for a shopaholic to do) [Roll Eyes]

So glad you got something so cool! [thumb]

We paid about 96 Canadian Dollars for it - it would be about 70 in the US dollar, I expect.

I agree - don't settle for anything cheap - you don't have to get the most expensive thing going, but get something good.

Mine is a SONY. You can't go wrong with SONY. And we make sure we buy from a store that doesn't argue if you need to exchange it.

I haven't really given it a workout yet - I've been sleeping a lot - don't know why ... just need some rest, I guess.
