If you didn't get it already I'm a noob at gardening. I live in Southern Wisconsin and have a studio apartment with 2 giant skylights (like 4x8) and large westward windows. Might as well take advantage of all the light.
I just started an indoor herb garden. I wanted to start from scratch so I bought 3 each six pack Jiffy-7 starter green houses with the little starter discs. Planted Rosemary, Basil, and Parsley and am now staring at them waiting for them to grow. Heh.
Anyway... I'm indoor bound for at least a year until I build a house next spring so I thought I'd start some indoor gardening. I noticed a community garden plot that I might grab come spring.
In college I grew tomatos and peppers in my back yard... miss those days.
Anyway.. thanks for the resources in advance and again: HI!

Funny, it's raining and cooler than normal right now. Perfect time to start an herb farm.
OK OK, enough fun with the avatars. I'll let you all know when things start sprouting around here.
Thanks again.
