my name's Dan Brazzell and I'm a blacksmith here in Herring cove, Nova Scotia, Canada. I love metalworking but I think I love gardening more, I am really more of a landscaper these days (I used to own a landscaping company) but I love growing flowers and trees and veggies, my property is in the early phases of this large project but it's coming along. I should have it 80 percent done by the end of this year. in the pics you will see all last summers work.....photobucket just died but I'll get the link soon

that's my beagle Max I have two beagles Max and Bubby (he's the one show on the deck later on)
thank's for the positive comments, it was a lot of back-breaking work. most of the plant's shown were already in the area, mostly wildflowers and perenials, but this year will be many naturallizing plants and more different wildflowers and foxgloves.
the whole inner driveway will be dry laid stone. when I bought the place 4 years ago it was like a garbage dump! the locals are amazed by the transformation....

that's my beagle Max
Oh..I see now..I had a hard time making it out at first. I assumed it was an animal but to me it looked as though it was falling out the window..but I can make it out now...lighting was off a little on my screen.
I have a dog named Max too but she's not a beagle. She's an appalachian possum hound. [Wink] That's what I tell everyone who asks me what she is..because she's quite obviously a mix of many breeds but it sounds good. [Big Grin]
