My daughter-in-law came running up the stairs (they live with us) about an hour and a half ago to announce that her water just broke! They have rushed off to the hospital now and while I was typing, my son called in with an update. My first granddaughter, third grandchild, Chloe Michelle, should be born in the next few hours. Guess I'll be up later than usual tonight waiting on the news. All my crocheting and knitting is about to come to fruition!bbbbbbbbb

OK, I can be tolerant & patient here, cuz when my water broke with Lincoln on May 20, 19XX ...he didn't show his face for 26 hours! "Ouch", "agghhh", "ouch again", for Mommy... * ("19XX" cuz I'm tired of dating myself all the time here! As these new babies come along, the reality of being old becomes more vivid!) bbbbbbbbb

SHE'S HERE! She was born at 6:25 AM EDT, weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces and was 19 inches long. No pictures yet. But I'll post them when I get them.bbbbbbbbb

Chloe is her second child. I got about 8 hours sleep last night. I usually got to bed anywhere from 2-4 AM and get up about 10-11 AM.bbbbbbbbb
