Allo allo.. well lets see... I live in what we call a banana belt of idaho.. the charts have us listed as i think zones 5ish on up but actualy we have weather and conditions that allow planting that would suit zones all the way up through 7 nearing 8 sometimes... andall this when we do get tons of snow in the winter (go figure hehe)

I grew up gardening in montana, then spent ten years gardening in eastern washington state in what we found out was a former river bed (aka 250,000 years before) lol.. Now i'm trying to get used to gardening living near a river in idaho..

With grand irony as mother nature gives us, we own property a few miles away, which is higher in elevation and in a complete different planting zone. Talk about confusion *s.
