Does anyone make these ? I have a new one started with Roses on it. Made them before and enjoyed it. Also made a HUGE macrame plant hanger. It is about 7 feet long. Needs a good size table put in it to shorten it up and a REALLY stong place to hang it. Laura [grin]

Yep, have made many hookrugs. Have a HUGE one going now....kind of an Aztec sort of pattern all in different shades of brown.....think I need to pull it out and get it going again. I was kinda getting burned out on it....time to get it finished.

Laura...What are you going to do with your rose one? Do you make pillows or hang them?

I am teaching my 5 yr. old niece how to do it...takes a tiny bit of coordination....and her fingers are sooo small. She is doing a little Scooby one.

Into the crochet thing right now and want to start quilting and get my scrap booking started this weekend!

I usually give the Rug's away. Don't know what else to do with them. It is a bit harder now that I have to wear BI-FOCAL'S..Phil is after me all the time to wear them.. Laura

Ohhh Laura....I just got bifocals about a month ago....I have worn glasses for nearsightness but you know I just hit the age bracket for those darn bifocals. I forgot the name of them but got the ones that have no lines. Man I can read the screen again!!! [thumb] No it wasn't that bad....I thought I was going to have trouble tripping over my own feet because you see through the bifocal to walk...but no problemo there!!!! [thumb]

The bifocals I wear are called progressive and the are with the polycarbonate. The polycarbonate is nice ....it reduces the thickness of the glasses and make them lighter wt. on my face. As far as the progressive part....the lady that was fitting me stated that if you had previously worn bifocals with lines not to change....People for some reason have a harder time trying to adjust to the change. This was my first pair ....so I chose to start out with the progressive. The only thing that I have found different wearing bifocals is that I ever so slightly move my head more to adjust to the right spot. "I" like the progession because I don't have a set point of either it is this strength or regular strength....thus not having to move the pages to and fro...just move my head to a slightly different level. Does that make sense.
Jillie did you have the lined ones first and then try the progessive? [dunno]
