Maybe it will work for my husband. 10 years ago my husband, Johnny, became ill and by the time he was finally diagnosed with polymyositis his muscles were pretty much destroyed. He was bedridden for 9 months and since he's been on a bucket load of medicine. He slowly came around and was a little better for a while. 5 years ago it flared up again and he was bedridden for almost 2 years. He is self employed and his Blue Cross Blue Shield, that he'd had for 30 years cancelled him. (I don't believe those comercials for a second), and his disability insurance paid for a while but eventually paid out. We were paying 936.00 a month for his medicine and I was working full time and selling my plasma for gas money. It was a terrible time. I eventually got him on my insurance at work and he rallied again. Well, 4 weeks ago yesterday he woke up and couldn't get out of bed. It seems like when we just start to dig ourselves out it hits him again. Please pray for him. His pain is excrutiating. It's hard to see him this way.
Is anyone among you suffering? Then he must PRAY. Is anyone cheerful? He is to sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has commited sins, they will be forgiven him. You and your hubby will have my prayers and as soon as I do a round robin of requests (in about 5 minutes) I type slow..... you both will be included in many ,many prayers...... I tend to pray as I go about my day...... hoping the days get easier for you both.... Nana

Johnny's been down and out for 6 weeks yesterday. And being that he is self employed, we're going to have to decide what to pay this month. We're not in the poor house but the 2nd time he had a flare up it lasted two years so we're gonna have to be smart. I say that to say this. If you don't see me on it's because we decided that cable is not an essential item. To think I was actually looking for a part time job a while back. Glad that didn't work out.
