Hi everyone. Finally our roof is going on. So glad I didn't do anything to the front yard because the roofers threw old shingles on them (they missed the dumpster in the driveway) But everything can be replaced just glad we are getting our roof. Have done some gardenting in back, and ordered a new shed. (one I don't bump my head on going into.) Of course it won't be here until February but that's just the way it is here. Everyone is waiting for everything. So when the roof is complete (the shingles are late) Iwill be back out in the front cleaning up, and redoing. My Christmas present from me to me. This is certianly the year of patience. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and a wonderful Christmas.

Hi Flamona!!! Too bad you didn't live closer....my hubby is a roofer!!! It's a tough job. Freezing cold in the winter, and boiling hot in the summer.....a new roof makes a big difference in a homes appearance--so I'm sure it will look great when it's all done and cleaned up!
Hope you get to stop in and see us all more!

Yep it sure is a hard job, helped my brother roof a small building one summer. Whew, it was hard work and dirty for the cleaner upper person.
But a new roof just makes everything look so nice once you're finished.
