Dear Gardener's Forum,

I look forward to checking this great site out! I joined a couple of days ago. I was about to send Bill a "thank you" note for his prompt welcome note to me & poof...my computer crashed...the gods get really fussy!

I actually found this site searching for a copy-cat scratch recipe for "Pillsbury Grands Biscuits". Well, I am a BEGINNER in gardening! We had an outdoor garden this summer - a disaster compared to a couple of years ago - the tomatoes didn't do at all well. Out of 24 plants, I guess we harvested 10 tomatoes!?!? The sweet corn was 14" high with no corn, no cucumbers, zuchini but the snow peas did very well!

We have 4 dog friends...Gordy hunts pheasant with the dogs. We have 5 cat friends which I take outside every day while I throw the nylon frizbee for the dogs.

One of my winter goals is to start an indoor garden this winter..tomatoes in the store are $4.50-$5.00 a LB! Green peppers are $2.00 ea. Yikes!! So who knows about indoor gardens? Help!

Bye for now & have a great day!
