Ok Weezie, I went out and took a few more snaps of my weeds for ya. I tried to retake some that you requested, and labeled them as such in the album. For reference, the first album was WEEDS, and the NEW album is Weeds part 2. I added a few extra in there, and hopefully got most of the ones you questioned in a better light for ya.

I'm out the door in a bit and wanted to make sure I touched base with you!
So much to do and not nearly enough time!!! I'll be back!

Yea, I know, power outages suck big time. Glad you have power again. We've been pretty lucky here.. I think because our power lines are a lot underground. Also, we have a racetrack/slots right next door, and I am sure they have some serious power boosters over there.

It was a scheduled one, and we were thinking it was from Saturday night to Sunday morning, but it was Friday night/Saturday morning, DUH!!!
Anyhow, I'm back!!!
The first set of yellow one's, I can't tell... There is a wild snap dragon that is yellow.... Would this be it?? toadflax; wild snapdragon But I don't know if that is it or not!
And the one you named pointy, I know that one too, but it's escaping me, I looked that one up and nada! But I will remember it and come back to it when I find it...
The one you've got marked Mixed Weeds, *#13, still looks like ground ivy to me.. If it's on a trailing type plant, runs on runners and puts roots down at the leaf nodes, that's the ground ivy. Most hate that weed. *IN the lawn, I'd say I hate it too, but if in my beds and trying to creep in, and I can't get there, I leave it. It's my weed of choice if I HAVE TO HAVE A WEED, it chokes out other weeds so they can't get a seed started. (BUT I HAVE VERY LOOSE DIRT, IF YOU HAVE HARD, COMPACT SOIL, YOU WON'T GET IT OUT!!!)
The one with the tire, I think has both the dandelion and the plaintain......
The one you have worded tall weed, *#11, but you have was #31, looks like a wild mullien, I can't find a picture of the one I'm thinking, but I'll keep looking!!

Ok, the one that was #13, I hadn't looked at what I was taking a pic of very closely, when I took it. Later, when I was out spraying some weedkiller (had to get rid of the ragweed & thorny thistley things!), I noticed that one of the leafy weeds in that picture wasn't a weed at all. Ummm.. I sprayed before I noticed what it was, so too late. My kids had taken a few of those pumpkin seeds and planted them by the deck. Little imps. Anyways, there were about 2 or 3 of the plants just starting to grow over there..lol.
The yellow flowering thing, I believe is yellow clover.
The ground ivy, very well could be that. I have a few different kinds of ivy it would seem. I noticed, some that was on the far side of my chain link fence, had some pretty light pinkish flowers blooming on it. I think that may be MG. Which, on my fence, looked pretty. It can stay there. Way over there.
I sprayed an entire jug of weed & grass killer all around to get rid of those thorny thistle things & the ragweed. While I was at it, I sprayed some other undesireable stuff. Stuff worked pretty good. Now, I have big ugly brown patches here & there. Oh well. I really need a broadcast spreader, and some scotts turf builder plus..lol. I have less & less grass each year, and more and more clover. Oy.
