whats the best way to start vegie seeds any vegie seeds? can i use the pellets? and wich vegie seeds dont like root disturbance?

I use the flats from last years flowers.. Cover with plastic till you get a few sprouted..

But I am sure there is a LOT more info out there! [thumb]
