I've had these two plants for a little over a year now so I've figured out how to care for them, but I would love to have a name for them, a "real" name. I've provided two pictures for the first plant so that the shape and the markings can be seen. It reminds me of Mother-In-Law's Tongue or Sansevieria trifasciata except that it's cylindrical as opposed to the leaves being flat like the other plant. The other plant is adorable. I call it "lots of hearts". [Wink]

Just wrote a message about your curly hoya and thought I'd add that I think the "Lots of Hearts" is also a hoya (hoya bella). The flowers of the one I have smell deliciously of lemon.

Unfortunately, I have no insights into the possible sanseveria relative....

The first one looks like an aloe of some type....let me hit google and see what I find.
