i soooooo want some of this vine. it is a vigorous grower (as you can see) and smells almost like honeysuckle. heavenly. and the bees and ants loved it! from a distance it looked almost like morning glory, but when i got close, i could see the differences, including the yellow throat on the blooms.

This is Thunbergia grandiflora, "Blue Sky Vine",
a close relative of the humble black eyed susan vine.

thank you. it didn't look like the plants labeled thunbergia, so i didn't make the connection. however, i want one, badly! it smelled soooooo good!
