There's so many things coming in on this lot - stuff I've never seen before - my deadheading paying off maybe? Dunno'.

In the same family as Dill, Parsley, and carrots, I'm with Weezie, It is Queen Anne's Lace, a very pretty weed. I let some grow in my gardens, but pull alot out . It's got a long carrot-like taproot.

It doesn't look like QA or Yarrow . . . but it could be.

Cosmos - yep . . . lots of cosmos came through for me this year - I don't know why I buy seeds; they blow in from the rest of the neighbourhood and choose their own summer homes here on the lot.

So - Queen Anne.

I got some other QA out this year (very pleased about that - it's the first time it came up for me, even though I've seeded from Sheri's packet she sent and stuff I've collected.)

Come to think of it, that's where I put the QA and Nigela that Sheri sent. That very same patch that I call Washington Point.

Reason? I grew Martha Washingtons there last year, but didn't get any back from my seeding.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh! You guys are grand, y'know?

Actually, I've been told that it's ragweed that cause hayfever - golden rod isn't guilty.

I sneeze every morning. Doesn't matter what the season.

First thing I do is atchoo!

The nose tries to get away, y'know?

I don't know what it is beause I've never let it bloom but there's a ton that tries to come up in my garden....I yank it. It would take over if I let it.
It's not Cosmos.
