It is about 1 ft. tall, long, dark green, sort of spikey leaves with dark reddish brown edges coming from a single trunk. Reminds me of a fountain.

Oh and please, will someone tell me if there is a limit to how many posts are allowed in one day. I'm new here and have lots of questions! Thanks, Maya.

Could it be a Dracaena marginata? Does it look something like this?

Does that plant have flowers in a boat shaped form of leaves?
i used to own one and forgot the name..SOmething to do with church.

There is no limit on the number of posts. If their were they'd have poofed me by now lol. I ask bunches and bunches of questions and then have to tell about each and every minor triumph I have. So never worry about that. Ask away.

Patty is that the one that is called a dragon tree? My landlord has one downstairs and I've wondered what that was.

Maya is this it? Patty showed one as well I think it has to do with the lighting conditions as weather the leaves stand straight out or not ., the leaves on mine are fairly stiff
