i was trimming the spent flowers on my av's and i noticed one of the buds seems to have formed a seed pod??

i've never heard of this - always thought they were propogated cuttings only.

k, then. what do i do with it? how long do i leave it on the plant? right now it's greenish in color - will that change when it's ready to be planted??

when the bloom is completely brown, the seeds will be ready. i had some that i got to germinate, but lost. good luck and keep us posted!
