Anybody have any Pros and/or Cons about Zoysia Grass? I got a circular today and the prices and claims looked pretty impressive to me.

In the past, Zoysia was VERY expensive. I have planted the plugs for people in years past, and I've known various zoysia owners. It is not very shade tolerant, as is claimed, but it takes sun and foot traffic well. It does not spread from plugs as quickly as claimed. You probably can get it from a sod farm in your area. You could have them sod your lawn, or buy some and have it put in in small squares, and let those spread.
Doesn't bluegrass do great in your area?

I'm not sure about bluegrass. This ad just looked pretty interesting if true, so I thought I'd ask here.
