Last night I decided to give some miracle-gro to my veggie garden because I could tell my squash weren't getting enough nutrients. So, I mixed it according to the directions, one tablespoon per gallon of water. I made several batches and eventually had watered the entire garden. Well, I then noticed that the box said it was Miracle-Gro BLOOM BOOSTER! Meant for flowers, not veggie plants. I don't see any negative effects, so I'm just wondering, is this stuff going to kill my garden? Does it matter if I use flower food or veggie food? Just curious...you guys rock!

On vegetables you need a flower to grow a squash, so that stuff is okay.. I wouldn't always go too heavy on it, and try it half strength.. then you won't over stimulate...

The number on your container is it something like 10~60~10, where the middle number is higher????
What other "vegetables" did you use it on??????
****I would say something like a lettuce or beets you wouldn't want to use it on, cause it causes the veggie to "bolt" and produce a flower and make seeds****
