I am looking to grow 1 or 2 varieties of snap style bush beans this year. I would prefer to only grow heirloom or open-pollinated plants.

Any suggestions or recommendations from your experiences?

Has anyone here tried the Burgundy beans that turn from purple to green when blanched? How are their flavor and production levels?

Thanks for your information.
