I HAVE 3 PLANTS ABOUT 2 FT TALL THAT I STARTED FROM SEEDS.I HAVE LOST ONE TO SOME KIND OF LEAF FUNGUS RED IN COLOR OR RUST.NOW I HAVE ANOTHER PLANT THAT IS STARTING TO GET THE SAME THING. CAN SOMEONE HELP?

Welcome to the forum!
If it is rust, then fertilizing it should help it out quite a bit. If the disease continues, try any fungicide with rust on the label, and follow the directions which are on the label. Most of the time the fert will push the disease out though.
