Ok, they aren't aliens. They are canna tubers. And they aren't having a convention, they are drying prior to storing. And they aren't all over the dinningroom but all over the dinningroom table. But you have to admit it makes a great headline lol.

Those 5 canna tubers this spring are now 40 plus strong lol. Of course I can't tell which tuber was which kind of canna but they are all nice looking so I guess it doesn't really matter. I hope they dry fast cause using the dinningroom table is going to be kind of hard until they do.

turn a fan on them.

glad mine stay in ground happily(even frosted now....I have 2 still blooming I found a micro-climate)

When I dry for shipping(when I wash them)Its useually 3-4 days.the fan may help.unless you plan on serveing canna preserve for thanksgiveing [Big Grin]
