I have some maple tree seedlings in very small pots that I fear will not survive a Chicago winter outdoors. I don't know what kind of maple tree they are. I would guess they are what ever is the most common seen in Chicago.
If I bring them in the house for the winter will they survive like a bonzai-ed plant?
What must I do to keep them alive?
Any advise will be welcome....Thanks

Hi SG and welcome [wayey]

hmmm good question.I'm in the same zone.I was gonna ask what kind of maple.I was thinking maybe the Japanese maple might not make it through our winters.I'd like to have one.So I looked it up.
