Any suggestions for a ground cover to cover a fairly large area that can handle traffic and last year round? I live in the Pacific Northwest where temperatures rarely get below 30.

Hi!

I just went through this myself a few months ago. I found this site, which makes it pretty easy to find one that will work for you:

Stepables

I personally chose the 'blue star creeper'...it has been wonderful! [thumb]

Nice to see someone from my home part of the country here. Before Georgia I lived all my life in Washington and Oregon.

My ? is this. Are you planting in shade or sun.

There is a wide variety of ground covers. I am using several in my yard.
Carpet Phlox
Periwinkle
Dragons Blood Sedum
I am even using ivy in places where I dont care where it goes
